Reptile Housey-Housey !

Hey you !

You there....

Yes, you in the black !

Do you loathe the hours you have to spend at work or school, missing the chance to be indulging your passion for all things Sisters ? Would you rather be thinking of Von than the phone call you're on ?

Well then, this is for you.....

Reptile Housey-Housey !!

All you have to do is to work track titles by The Sisters of Mercy into your daily grind - documentation, reports, assignments or even phone conversations with clients. Instant fun for everyone !

You have four game cards to play - one for each album from FALAA, FL, VT & SGWBM. For a tougher game try playing the remastered albums for extra items to complete. As you manage to get a track past somebody simply mark it off until, finally, you complete the set.

At that point leap in the air, wherever you are, and shout "Reptile HOUSE !!"

Have fun and make a note of any really cunning successes.........

I managed to get a great one in this afternoon on a call about needing an engineer out to a site:

"Yes, I think we'll need a visit to see if we can find the cause of this corrosion......"

One point to CP, I think !

I would answer this thread, but it would probably lead to self-incrimination with the amount of Sisters stuff I have worked into my job... :innocent:

Can those using the Dr Jeep theme play? If so, what are the rules. Blue font on a black background is simply unreadable.

Some of the old dears at work were, just this very morn, speculating as to what I get up to out of hours. I couldn't resist saying 'I don't exist when you don't see me', then chuckling inanely to myself for awhile thereafter.

Bonus points for getting a whole line plus song title in there? I think so. ;D

GodsDammit! I wish I'd known about this yesterday - someone I work with (most definitely not a Sisters fan) was talking about enhancements to a product yesterday, and complained that a coworker lacked "the vision thing". If I'd known about Goffiq Bingo I'd have come back with, "Yes, but she does have the body electric," (given that she's a bit of a saucy bird) - grrrr.... :(

Does working with someone named Alice give me an advantage?

engineers often complain when I send them out at 3:AM (Image)

Often we both know it isn't a priority but my mantra is 'I'm between a rock and a hard place here-you'll just have to go!!'

;D

I think Valentine should be easy enough to slip in next week.

I'll be mightily impessed if someone gets Detonation Boulevard into a sentence!

I often PDF design work to clients and the follow up phonecall usually goes something like this:
Client - Just one small typo, change blah to blaah
Me - I'll do it right now <makes change and prints to PDF, then sends new e-mail>. Right, that's it "on the wire" now
<pause>
Client - Got it, thanks. Ok that can go to print.
