I feel bad for them, especially after the way that cnut Weller left the Jam, not by telling the rest of the band, but by announcing it in (IIRC) the NME. (I've never really forgiven him for that...)

Yes they do seem to need the money, saw them originally at their farewell show at Guildford Civic Hall which wasn't their last gig as they then added Brighton Centre (if my memory serves me well) I did enjoy Malcolm Mclaren and his dancers which was the support act, those dancers could have chosen less revealing tops!

He was in SLF for about Ten or Twelve years I think, he didn't play on the last year.
