I really really wish I could get excited.
I wonder if anyone has bothered to let Carl McCoy know this time :innocent:

I'm with Bill on this one.Wait and see, as per usual. At least there is a definite promise of old unreleased and brand new material. Still, I can't help but wonder if the message about Carl sitting talking with the Wrights wasn't a dud and this might be real, even though it's Tony who is mentioned...

Fookin' 'eck the nephs have been more active in the last few weeks than they have in the last few years (let alone decade I am reliabley informed)

Rarities Cd check! :D

The thing on ents 24 says petitt will be playing with the band, that seems unlikely and takes away credibility...

I somehow doubt Mr Pettit's presence in light of....

I thought this date, if not the whole tour had been cancelled, but it appears to have been relisted :?

I'll not be buying any FOTN tickets until they're actually confirmed this time... :urff:

Perhaps they're doing some NFD dates surrounding the FOTN tour , as a warm up/down?

I think NFD sort of unofficially stood for Noise (or Noises) For Destruction. Or that could be an urban myth.

The salient fact here is that the line-up is:

Peter White - Simon Rippin - Tony Pettitt - Chris Milden - Stephen Carey

Their latest album Dead Pool Rising is really something special. :notworthy:

you must weigh up the pro's and cons on this one
two days off work, two days in sh!tehole london just to see FOTN?
I prophecy a long discussion on this one!

Gigs tend to be on weekdays because the clubs don't need bands on Saturdays to fill the place.

Financial sense often dictates, bands on weekdays and club nights on weekend.

and if you've got a gig at The Astoria on a Saturday you'll have to finish early because G.A.Y starts at 10pm

I think I'll check out one or two of those NFD dates though!

Confirmed on the official site and myspace page.
Still no listing as to the actual band, though.
Any one got a sofa or even a piece of floor I can use?
