yo..
quick question..
Is Disguised in Black the only version of this recording kicking around or are there others..??
got a download of this recently and it really does cut off some distance from the end of the concert.. which is bloody annoying considering its probably one of the most storming renditions of Ghostrider the lads did!
dammit..
answers, now!

Aye, there's another version of it called "Gimme Shelter", which - if memory serves - is the one with the cut Ghostrider. Most likely to get it to fit on a single CD.

Cut Ghostrider on the Gimme Shelter version indeed, but this one also has NWN and Ghostrider as separate tracks, which is not the case IIRC for Disguised in black.
FIY there is a complete recording of Ghostrider from Newcastle 85 on the 7"/mini-CD that came with the Italian Sisters biography "Life".

I had the double lp vinyl version of this (still have it in a box in England).
I haven't listened to it for many years, as I have the CD, but I don't recall GR fading out early.

I've got both versions, the cut version that was on the original silver CD bootleg (back when they were only 74 minutes long) and the complete version if anyone needs either of them...

Is the complete version the same great sound quality?

Yes, it's the same recording. It was only cut for the CD release as there wasn't enough room for the whole recording on them at the time...
