Postcard from Mexico

We are in Villahermosa, the capital Tobasco (yes as in the sauce). It means in Spanish 'Beautiful Village' and it is far from it !! Lots of tolmic (?) heads everywhere and not sure if they are genuine or not or just garden gnomes from the past. It's still hot, as always. We are trying to decide where to go once we reach the north of Mexico as America is not an option. Still having fun.

we are taking the ferry to Baja California Sur later today - that's the bit of California that hangs down level with Mexico. Im refusing to go into the USA because I don't want to experience it first hand, I like my biggotted view that they are all stupid.
Then we take a flight to Hawaii - Honolulu baby...............

1. Americans aren't *all* stupid, just most of 'em. I'm the one who's not. ;D

b. Here's a hint: Hawaii is a *U.S. state*. Ooopsie! :P  :von:

That's good to know

But it's not 'in' a state. And far enough away for it not to be full of those mostly stupid people who actually believe it belongs to the Useless States of Apathy :D

It is sad but it's spending 3 months travelling through South America that has cemented this opinion and has made me a lot more wise to politics as this continent is dripping with it - no time for the latest smash hit records in most of the places we have been to, life is a lot more serious here. Such a shame but i see what I see and learn what I learn.

And I do care whether they put their heads on f*cking pikes in front of anywhere.

And within these words I comfort you. Seeing is learning as is the feeling of the country and the people when in the process of doing it.
In the rest of your travels just stay safe Arch and all will be well and from me DON'T go anywhere that YOUR feeling tells you not to!

Luck and good travels...
