I think there's a couple of places (near the equator and/or countries where they have a little more to concern themselves with than faffing about turning clocks back and forth) where they don't do it... but I believe the majority of places do, now. I wish to god they'd keep them forward, to save us poor northern folk from enduring months where it's dark by 4pm. None more goth, I suppose
