Thought this deserved its own thread, there are enough of us going to be there and logistics could prove... um, complex!
The head count, as I understand...
Me
Christophe
Zeno
Libby
Joery
Debs
Jos
Raf
Izzy and Koen?
It looks like we'll be celebrating Raf getting older on the Friday nite, in Leuven... up to Amsterdam so that some people can see some prog on the Saturday (who's driving us?)... and back down to 't Stad for Absinthe-related jolly japes on the Sunday.
Can't wait to see you lovely peoples again!

Well, think that's it realy, Koen and Izzy will be joining in Friday, as I understood, Libby and Joery won't (survival tactics ), and the other way round for Saturday (L&J will be driving ) - unless they change their minds
Sunday depends on the stamina left, obviously
Probably we'll do some sightseeing in Brussels on Friday before we go to Leuven, but that's all just vague still
Looking good, again

I'll be arriving at Charlie Oi! airport at half past 2 in the afternoon Zeno, Christophe is picking me up and presumably it will take a couple of hours for us to get up there as I imagine I'm going to be dropping my stuff off at his first...
Still we might have some time, before we're off down to Leuven (or is it too much distance?)

Discussed that with C. the other night, and I'll probably join in on picking you up. We thought it'd be a bit more sensible () a thing to do some other place instead of Antwerp because we'd have to go almost past Leuven anyhow. Brussels is quite nice too reallyboudicca wrote:I'll be arriving at Charlie Oi! airport at half past 2 in the afternoon Zeno, Christophe is picking me up and presumably it will take a couple of hours for us to get up there as I imagine I'm going to be dropping my stuff off at his first...

And apparently it had a little note on the outside saying you have to be in suit to enter

As if! I've been Googling "piano bar Amsterdam"... though I fear that we might get an entirely different kind of establishment in that city...eotunun wrote:..and omit the Piano Bar?Obviousman wrote:..to do some other place instead of Antwerp because we'd have to go almost past Leuven anyhow. I will be on the Friday do, but it will only be a brief appearance.
My bro-in-law 's getting married the day after, so better have a clear head in the morning
So no Lowlands for me, for the obvious reason of attending the marriage do on April 14.
I will be suitably dressed tho
Still don't know if Samwise the Great will attend Friday Bash, I see him tomorrow on rehearsal, will ask him then...
