Who is the guy with the white cap? Would not be nurse by any chance?!

I love the fact the Doc has been included in the "band photo"
I'd say the guy at the back is badly hidden cameraman judging by his body shape and that he's looking down into a monitor/lens of some sort while pointing it at the gals ??
