Hope it works for you. My E900 is almost perfect, but its one major flaw is that it won't allow adding new text alerts, so I'm limited to a list of 10 annoying noises
If anyone has found a way round this, I'd love to know!

It's zipped because my webhosting company doesn't like mp3s
As for how to get it from a computer to a phone, have you got a data cable?
*edit: Weird, the link doesn't get to the file. Go through my home page to pick it up.

I've done this an erse around backwards way before..
Some mobiles if you can access a link to an mp3 on their web browser will allow you to save the mp3 as a file.. (i.e typing the URL of the mp3 itself into the browser..._)
That's if I remember correctly.. but I have done it before for mobiles without having to do anythign with cables..
Alternatively, try sending it as an attachment to gmail and see if you can access downloads through gmail on a WAP/web browser on your mobile..
I can't try/tell as my phones are VERY lo-tech right now...

I can safely say it is an uber amazing phone, you can pick up 4mg memory cards for it, for a pretty cheap price.

Yeah over the weekend my mate bombarded my phone with John B tracks from his PC. I doubt that my girlfriend's 2001 computer has bluetooth. What're the chances?

It is a good phone, but that is primarily what it is isn't it....
A Phone?
Can't really replace a full on camera, or a full on music player.

it means you don't have to carry around a whole heap of whatnot. and its cheaper too.
and because i don't want to take extremely detailed photos, or have the need to have 5000 cds on my music player then it DOES replace a camera and ipod

I find myself leaving my camera at home most of the time now but I still take my iPod everywhere I go.
I just need to replace the Vodafone firmware on mine.

This baby still does me fine, 3 years on:
Has pretty much everything listed above, plus an email client. And it screams "INCOMING!" when I get a text, and plays Walk Away when I get a call.
@
James, if you can get somebody else to put it on their's, then send it to you as a multimedia message, it might work.
