it's still about 35 C in Moscow and people melt here
the previous highest temperature for these days was back in 1891
and how do you feel now?

Has anyone actually worked out how much more expensive it is to turn it on & get the place warm enough all over again?
Not to mention how much less productive everyone is when they are freezing their knackers off?
