Meanwhile I found the Mean Fiddler link from Siouxsie's MySpace site as well. Now I hope very much that they accept foreign orders.

Stargreen are already sellling tickets for the Roundhouse gig:

http://www.stargreen.com/find?Q=siouxsie&SEARCH=Find

See tix are selling tickets for the Mean Fiddler:

Choice of venues, well the Mean Fiddler is a smaller venue and in central London and is nice and sweaty (next to the Astoria) the Roundhouse is a refurbished old venue with a lot of fantastic modifications, it's in Camden (Chalk Farm.) If I was only going for one gig I would take the Roundouse but hopefully I'll go to both.

I was gonna take the better half to the roundhouse gig seeing that it's her birthday that day but £28.50 + £3.75 booking fee and £4.95 P&P  ...you can shove it were the sun don't shine.

Pretty much the same price as the J&MC tickets, fairly standard price surely?

but I had already booked 2 tickets for the first show.
another crime against my suffered credit card... now I'm searching for a cheap place to stay there...
and hope they still post tix to abroad... (there were no different rates for sending abroad nor any note that they wouldn't do it)
but I had to... never seen Siouxsie's gig, the same about the one who had been her fan already 20 years.

Travel Lodge is generally quite cheap, around £50 a night :)

Thats the problem - its all becoming standarly expensive. Regardless of how good the bands are in question, it's all too much. Once you've added the expense of travelling and drink (if you can afford more than one considering Londons prices) you're looking at a tidy sum.

I was lucky to see Siouxsie play at The 100 Club a few years, but won't bother with this gig. Unfortunately the food shopping has to come first!

And they're playing Cologne, which for me is considerably cheaper than London. And I bet the tickets prices won't be as steep... :D

Could she ever???
Saw 'em on the 'Rapture' tour, possibly the worst gig I've ever been to, When someones first words at a gig are....
"Don't shout for any old stuff, we are'nt gonna play that old s**t anymore."
You know it's gonna be a cack night.
You could'nt pay me enough to go to one of her gigs again, absolute pish!

There are a few bands I'd pay that kind of money to go and see, and Siouxise isn't one of them. Although my lady will.

I paid £27 for my Human League ticket in Sheffield. Place to stay = free, I have mates that go to uni there, but the train ticket might be steep. Usually I wouldn't like to pay much more than £20 (inc service etc) but sadly it doesn't always work out. Luckily some of the more underground bands (Cruxshadows and A23 being to gigs I went to recently) still only charge around £10.

Despite the naysayers, I'm still chuffed at seeing The 69 Eyes plus support for £6. :P
