£125 a tkt? Yeah, whatever.

Whaddya get for the price of the tkt then? Free gold stitched groovy blue flares and someone to clean yer no.. during the gig?

Simply put any of their albums on and save yerself a load of hassle.

Led Zeppelin like Motörhead and the latter day JAMC are totally underwhelming live ~ avoid
better still, buy a ticket and sell it to some knob for a fortune

Wow! I thought they had a reputation of being the World's Best Live band - you'd have thought so with the amount of bootlegs floating around.

£125 a ticket is waayy to steep for any band - especially if they are underwhelming live :urff:

Motorhead? Underwhelming? Live?

'Quick, nurse, pass the screwdriver, we've got a loose one!'

My dear Mr. Planet, I have seen them twice and if ever I saw a bored band going through the motions, it was them. I actually stopped going to gigs after their last one for nearly two years. The support band Xentrics were way better than the headliners, that night anyway. I saw Xentrics headline in a club about 9 months earlier and they sucked - big time! Either Xentrics had improved vastly (I actually think they had) or Motörhead were just "keeping on the road".

I saw Page and Plant live in Glasgow a few years back.Page was dropping bum notes all over the place,Plant had real trouble during the Zep songs. It was one of those gigs I wish I'd never seen, ruined the myth for me, I find it very hard to to listen to any Zep since then.

Fair enough, but when I thin of 'going through the motions', I think of...well, you all know by now. The 'Head sure as sh1t weren't in that category at Lowlands last month, indeed they tore the fckn roof off 8)

Indeed Sir James - Zepp were boring at Earls Court in 1975, Mhead same year, not so sure ... JAMC - yeah they were an anticlimax (?) in '89 (or something) - Otherwise, as for comebacks:- usually pants, BUT I'll reserve judgement - more on specific post on Comebacks pls.

Whilst I believe that the monies will be going to help fund scholarships, I still think that £125.00 is extortionate in the extreme.

It seems Led Zep won't be playing after all... or not on the 26th.
Apparently axeman Page broke his finger and can't play his plank for now.
There is a new date mentioned though, the 10th of december.

So, who's got tickets?
