I've seen others do these little media flashes before AND I know this has a mini-fanclub on here so:
New QI on BBC2 10pm AND then the second in the series at 10:30pm BBC4

It's a British quiz show which regularly descends into highly-amusing farce, presided over by the smartest man on television short of Patrick Moore, Mr. Stephen Fry.
Regularly crewed by a carefully selected rotating staff of contemporary comics. I usually watch on t'interwebs afterwards, shush and don't tell the Web Police.

Without a doubt. Steven Fry is an absolute legend. Intellectual and respectable yet bohemian and decadent in a very Oscar Wilde way.

In entertainment and education, especially in the area where the two meet, I think he's pretty much peerless. Add in comedy and he's in a league of his own - all without doing any of it knowingly or to show off.
