Taking no sides, he is a very shrewd man with a bufoon persona...no ideas what the policies are though on either side. So in flagrant disregard to convention I will reserve judgement and be cynical about anyone seeking election to any post...

I agree with Zuma.

Anyone voting for him "because it's cuddly old Boris" deserves to be shot IMO (Of course this is a large portion of his election strategy.)

FWIW number 4 isn't that much of a problem for me. At least nuclear is less carbon-intensive than coal, oil or gas.
