Well, I guess there are more intelligent ways to waste time but here goes anyway.

You Could Be Mine - Guns And Roses Video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlzptZ9wieQ

That was the soundtrack to some terminator movie and looking at the video I notice the drummer wearing a SISTERS t-shirt.
Pause at early 1:32 (clip goes by pretty fast).
beneath it looks like a date or something SISTERS - 16 - 2 - 8..
I can´t see clearly what digit comes after the 8...anybody know what this date or whatever suggests?

I remember me recording that clip with my VCR to find out if it was a Sisters shirt or not. Those were the days I had too much time on my hands :?

It says: 16-2-81

Being a date, it would suggest 16th of february 1981

I mean it says Sisters and it has the same type of font as sisters, as it looks any way. After some research I found this on the net.

"To further on the differences, on February 16, 1981, Andrew Eldritch was one of two founding members of the original band -- more precisely, in Eldritch's own words, "Andrew was part of the project because he was just about the only person who was happy to play the drums without doing anything fancy on the tom-toms and cymbals. He didn't know how to"

So I guess that was some celebratory t-shirt that´s been around from time to time with any "holy" time signature of relevance for the band.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that Kirk Hammet is a Sisters fan.

Ah, I found it:

http://www.vg.no/vg/psssst/metallica.html

Wiewing your "Live s**t: Binge & Purge"-videos I noticed
that you were wearing a Mercyful Release T-shirt. The
Question is, are you a Sisters of Mercy fan?
If so, you should all get your genious heads togheter.
That would be something wouldn't it?

Kirk: Yes, I love Sisters of Mercy. Andrew Eldritch contacted
me about doing something
, but I don't have the time.

Wonder how that collaboration would've turned out

Wonder how songs like Lucretia and This Corrosion would've turned out live with Hammet in the band, considering his undying love for the wah-wah pedal

Mine is in the wardrobe, in the section marked "Special Occasions Only". The odd hole here-and-there, a bit faded and cracked - then there's the T-shirt...

...I thank you.

No need to wonder... Ben's renditions of the songs give you a good impression of just how ugly things can get. So...I agree with Paul...

ANYONE: In
Christo: Out

Btw: Did you finally get the phonecall? I know YOU have been on standby for the past 20 years! :P
