It's still Body & Soul. There were two different sleeves. The white one's rarer.
There's a French 7" of Alice in a white sleeve too.

Canadian had a maple leaf on the back
European original was white
there is also a blue and white sleeve, even rarer

Blue AND white? Didn't know about that. Or that there was a Canadian white one (as well as the European, which I did know about.) Any pics of the blue & white one?
