All Our Yesterdays: An Evening of Visceral Pleasures

As above really.
I turn 40 in April, and rather than have a sad affair in a hotel function room with dried up sandwhiches and prawn vol-au-vents dancing to aga-f***in'-do played by some Dave Doubledecks I'll be attempting to recreate some of the 19 or so birthdays that I celebrated in the now dearly departed Phono.
We have a venue, Pulse at Leeds University, and we have DJ's in Phono Geoff, and our very own Quiffy
and G.T. playing a suitably eclectic selection of top tunes from the past 40 years.
The good news is that you're all invited to celebrate with me; if you want an invite just PM or email me with your postal address and how many tickets you want and I'll bung 'em in the post. What could be simpler?
Hope to see a bunch of you groovin' on down on the 4th April.
Cheers,
Mik

Four Oh! It's a tricky one matey, and it all goes down-hill from then as you will discover, so have fun whilst you can, eh?
Dried up sandwishes? - Now you take me back! But vol-au-vents with a sprinkling of Angel Dust - Now you're talking! - What more could you ask for?! Seriously though, ENJOY, and if I win the Lottery between now and then I'll bring plenty of the latter ...

Mik, that's an incredibly fine gesture
Nice one, it would be extremely rude not to come along and help get you wrecked.

They are indeed.
Thanks Mik. No vol-au-vents though? What's all that about? Next you'll be telling me there's no mini pork pies.
