Muse have a cracking session on the XFM site:

Is there any way I can grab this into my own files so that I can burn it onto DVD?

All non-techy tips welcome!!

Cheers

Loath as I am to recommend RealPlayer for anything, the latest version has a nice "Download this Clip" feature for any streaming audio or video. Might be worth a look.

Best tip for ripping music & audio from the web is DON"T BOTHER.

The quality is usually so bad that it is simply not worth wasting the bandwidth.
Look at youtube for example.
Not exactly broadcast quality stuff really.
& most of the myspam music sounds like it's being played in a bucket of water.
IMHO of course.... 8)
