Tech Help Needed - convert m4p to mp3?

A friend burned me a disk of Shirley Bassey's Get The Party Started but the files are in M4P format. Any ideas on converting these things to MP3 format?

Yep - iTunes. Any AAC file can be converted to an mp3, I think...
