The Cure's 13e

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Fan since 1984, i've seen the band over 130 times in the world...

One word for this 'Single ' : a s**t....
And the second will be the same...

Maybe in this album there will be some pearls....

I hope................ :|

They're going for the "Just Like Heaven" sound, but this is nowhere near as great as JLH was. :(
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

When they can turn out such beauties like A Boy I never Knew in the new batch of songs, it defies belief that they choose The Only One as a single, but then the singles (lately) are usually the weakest offerings from the albums. The b sides are usually pretty good though.
But the second planned single (Fud Show) is utter pooh.
The b side could be blank & it would be better.

Album's supposed to have in excess of 30 tracks on it. Surely they can't all be sub-standard WMS sh!te.
Cheers.

my first impression wasn't that good, but on the other hand I only like so much of them and every album has so much to offer anyway, so I don't fear anything yet.
