Do they do Snakebites?

I say "mine".
They even have a g*ff night there. One of the DJs even heard my attempts at singing in a band in 1989. But he's at good health again.
The other one has steam coming out of his ear.
Our hometown is known for its chemical industry.
Yes, James. I toddle off.

I think it's a listed building so it's possible that it was a Chapel in a past life
It's the only place around that does Snake Bite & Black (well). You'd think it were a goth pub if it weren't for the dodgy music and influx of chavs on a Friday night

Is Your White Bear this one:~

Perhaps not ... ? It looks
anyway ...
"Chavs"? -
Enjoy your 'Snakebites' @RZ! - 'Anything Goes' in Llangunllo, so bring your favourite tipple anytime you feel like it?! I too enjoy this, but have to go easy on the 'juice/sherbets' - Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde is a distinct 'side effect' ...

living in the city centre we have quite a few "locals" to choose from
if we're out & about, we can usually be found in one of these places (in order of likelihood)
the salisbury (world's best jukebox!)
http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/ ... Manchester
grand central
a stinky, metal/heavy rock pub with dreadful jukebox - but lots of our mates go there
http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/ ... Manchester
the retro bar
http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/ ... Manchester
temple bar
great little bar in a former public toilet
http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/ ... Manchester
the kro bar & kro 2
kro 1 is opposite the manc academy and very popular as a pre-gig drinking hole. kro 2 is next to the bbc

tbh, anyone who has been to a gig in manchester will likely have been in one of those beforehand

Leeds Contingent, we don't have a local do we?
Pretty much wherever we fall over next!

Not really a local (in fact I don't believe that I've ever been in either
) but it was amusing to spot these two side-by-side a while back. Somebody certainly has a sense of humour.

Over the road is the "Brazen Heid" but it's a very unsavoury place, being popular with the inhabitants of the nearby high rise flats....
"Sharky's" is better as they have a hall for live bands and a student crowd as the Nautical College is just round the corner, but is still popular with the inhabitants of the nearby high rise flats....
And my favourite is "West" at the old Templeton Carpet Factory on Glasgow Green -

The last piccie looks nice in an Artwank way
I reckon this one must still be my fave in town:
The absinth bar is nice too, mostly because of the outstanding drinks and nice architecture. People-wise it's a bit hit and miss

Been mine for 6 months, and will continue to be so whenever I'm in Lincoln.
The best pub in the whole damn county.
