that attack on my friend's daughter was a goth related attack on a bunch of teenagers doing nothing more provoking than camping out. so, i'm just bringing Sophie Lancaster back to the fore.

there is a myspace to add: http://www.myspace.com/inmemoryofsophie
with banners if any one wants those. there is a shop as well, proceeds to the memorial fund.

i've asked the boss, but he's skipped off on hols now... but does anyone (else) think doing a fundraiser or something at the mancmeet is a good idea?

re the killers' appeal
THE APPEAL OUTCOME

At 10 o' clock this morning it was announced that Ryan Herbert has had a reduction of 9 months from his sentence for murdering Sophie.

Brendan Harris's appeal for a reduction was dismissed and the appeals by the two of them and Danny Mallett, Daniel and Joseph Hulme for a reduction in their sentence for attacking Rob was also dismissed.

Sylvia will be doing media interviews with her reaction and I will add it to here.

This is just a quick note to inform you all.

Thank you for all your for your support and concern about the time it took for this ruling to be announced, it has been very painful and your kind thoughts and well wishes have helped.

We'll be back soon with more information

peace and love

Kate and Sylvia
