Gutted. Rick was always a favourite with me. The gentle quite man with stunning musical ability
I know he had some eye surgery a few years ago, but never expected this.
Planet Rock broadcast an interview recorded last year with Rick being interviewed by Guy Pratt (son in law) about Piper.

Real shame. He was fantastic on Gilmour's last tour. Even did The Great Gig In the Sky with Sam Brown in Paris.
