I have a copy as well. As Taylor said very rare and I think the Stranger 2lp in red/black vinyl was never for sale on Ebay or Discogs

i surf on ebay since late 2002 and i ve never seen a copy of it.
From all the discographies i came across it was mentioned in only one, unfortunately i made copies of all the pages but not the cover so i cant remember which one it is. It s by far the best boot discography i ve seen.

From my discographies only "The unofficial history of the Sisters of Mercy 1984-1994" mentions the red/black Stranger. As you already said, this is - by far - the best discography around. It was put together by a German and is ltd. to 50 copies (hence very difficult to find nowadays).

do you mean 'one more flood' by patrick tappe? that has 'stranger'. was limited to 50 + 10

No. In my copy of "One more flood" is only stated that Stranger exists in black and coloured vinyl. The earlier Tappe discographies (such as "A Fragment") also only state that Stranger could exist in red/black vinyl but Tappe said there he never saw a copy.
"The unofficial history of the Sisters of Mercy 1984-1994" mentions the red/black vinyl version and contains a picture.
However, I'm not quite sure re the limitation. Taylor said 100 copies in red/black vinyl whereas my sources say that somewhere between 10 and 50 copies were pressed...

"The unofficial history of the Sisters of Mercy 1984-1994" was done by Ulf Sch...... and him was noticed by me that the lp was pressed on red mcv vinyl
The lp was pressed at time in Milan and know where the source cassette come to bootlegers
Had 5 copies in red vinyl , kept one for me and swap the others during the years
Yes Voc is correct when state than less 100 copies were pressed, sure not 10 but sure not 100
