It's cost me 26.49 euros and I'm still waiting for it :x  has anyone else dealt with him? Should have checked the negative feedback!

99.0% feedback is rather good, tho... Have you met his terms of payment etc...? How long are you waiting? Method of payment?
All in all, this could take up to three weeks to complete...

Hi Guys!
99.0% feedback is rather good, tho... Have you met his terms of payment etc...? How long are you waiting? Method of payment?
All in all, this could take up to three weeks to complete...
Paid him 2-3 days after close of auction! Using paypal he received it within the hour.

I have had only three emails from him (not exact wording but I think you all get the gist).

1) "Thanks for bidding, you now pay me 26.49 euros"
2) (What is happening? Have you despatched my item? Please contact me, I have had no correspondence since you received my payment) "You should have it within next few days" - This was a week and a half after email 1)
3) (Have you despatched my item? I haven't received it. Please advise!) "Yeah, you should get it soon" - 2 weeks after email 2)

Today is 2 weeks after email 3) so I've gone to the arbitrator. I bid on 4 other items from 4 other sellers that same week and they were "brand new" - bid, pay, received all within the next week, just check the feedback they gave me.

His amount of positive feedback put me off pursuing this earlier. But his negative feedback checks with what has happened to me, and the fact he has not bothered his ass to keep me updated has caused me to post this warning. If there has been a problem with getting the item to me, that's ok I can deal with it, but he has told me nothing! The other sellers told me when they despatched them and even when to expect delivery, and to contact them if I had any problems!

I'll just have to see what the arbitrator can do!

Paypal has (or at least used to before ebay gobbled it up) a payment refund option, so in theory you at least still can get your money back. Note: if I remember correctly, you can only request a refund once, so you have to decide whether or not you want to use you sole chance on this transaction.

Good luck with the arbitration. If it makes you feel better, I was able to get an item from a lame seller after two months by going through arbitration. Also, do not hesitate leaving appropriate feedback, even if you may get retaliation from the seller.

Hi Karst!

Sorry to hear he ripped off your GF, I've filed a fraud complaint against him, don't know if it will work, but better than doing nothing and let him laugh all the way to the bank!

As part of the fraud complaint - I've now got his address and phone number  Mmmmm! Should I "send the boys round"?

Just done a babel fish translation of his payment/postage conditions -

VERSANDBEDINGUNGEN:
For european countries: 7,50 Euro.
For non-european countries: $ 14.

Porto + 6%)
For european and non-european countries: Paypal (Final price incl. shipping + 6% or IMO (International Money Order) + $ 6 (because of exchange fee

SHIPPING TERMS: Within Germany: 2.50 euro as large letter (uninsured; no remuneration due to errors of the post office) or however 4 euro as writing large letter (insured and thus expressly recommended by me, there lately very many transmissions by the post office verschlampt are). For european countries: 7.50 euro. For non european countries: $ 14. MODES OF PAYMENT: In principle I supply only after vorkasse - I do not send cash-on-delivery items away!!! Hello Simon,
you won`t believe it. Today I got your package back to my postbox and the special sticker says that the receiver (you) "not called for". I don`t know exactly what they mean. Maybe you were not at home when the postman wants to deliver it and forgot to put a card into your postbox so that you know that a package was tried to give you.
When you don`t got a special information-card, I try to send it another time for free (I hope the post will agree). When not I need 6,50 Euro extra for shipping.

Regards

Markus
