Do you have problems concentrate after a cup of coffee?

Hmmm, makes one think. I am actually thinking about giving up coffee. (not cause of this) But Im getting migraines, and sometimes it seems like it starts when i drink coffee.

I gave up coffee (an all other caffienated drinks) towards the end of 1997. It hasn't improved my concentration, just made me more lazy :roll: :roll:

I used to have migraines from lack of sleep. Perhaps you needed cofee because you were sleepy?... Perhaps that caused you the migraines?...

I gave 'em all up about 2 years ago too. I mostly drink Sarf Efrica's finest Rooibos now :D

Nasty little buggers aren't they. Large amounts of caffiene, will give you migraines. Small amounts will sometimes help it. Also stay away from aged cheese, nitrates, red dye, and peanuts.
Feverfew a excellent herd for migraines can be made into a tea. Lavedar oil great to sniff. Ice on back of your neck.
Prescription drugs: Midrin is good for some people. Not me I take Imitrex injections. Stay away from nose spray that is Rx and narcotic passed out with that stuff. Very bad trip. :twisted:
