That looks like the black sleeve under yellow-tinted lighting to me. Very suspicious.

next thing they claim, is that the two hands holding the camera, is not a reflexion, but actual cover art shinging trough on the gold sleeve..

Can't say if it's official or not but from my eye it is indeed gold and not from gold light. The way to tell this is by looking at the surface it's on. If it was golden light then I would think that golden tone would affect the surface the record is on as well. Not that anyone really cares what I'm saying anyway... 8)

My guess:
Yes, it is official. And black, I think.
Does it say "gold sleeve" somewhere in the listing or caption?

check the bottom corners.. it's black on yellow lighting.. even the texting is influenced..
the light doesn't reflect on the background, as fabric simply doesn't reflect..
the lightsource is top left, about a meter above the object
the sleeve is in bad shape..

you can make this look any colour you want..

correct.. and by the reflection, you can see that the guy is using a Sony Cybershot, 8Million Megapixels, with zoom at 2.3.. and he uses a 2Gb memorystick pro duo..

Exactly what I was going to say. It doesn't even look gold to me. It's just picking up the camera flash.

The seller wrote:hi - the sleeve is black with a shiny finish & it looks gold in pic due to reflecting the light - sorry for any confusion - Alf

Another myth busted.

Now, I wonder if the gold Damage Dones were the same.

The warm colours suggest that both camera and memorystick are vintage. :von:

The warm golden shimmy on the sleeve suggests that not only is the cover very gay but so is the camera man and the owner of said sleeve.

Real Men Wear Black... and own black records.*

*(Only Da Mishun are exempt from this law .. and can be both garish in look and sound - The records that is and not just their fans!!) :D
