Apologies if this has been documented in the past, but does anyone have a nice and complete chronology of who has handled the nurse duties?

I think it was Jovanka Wilsdorf, or the like. But did these two singers also operate the Doktor? I thought Dan Donovan and Suzanne Jozefowicz did keyboards, with Suzanne adding backing vocalist to her job description, while Jovanka did backing vocals only.

Brad, if you've discovered this information perhaps you could post it in digest-form here in this thread? I know the tours website, but I don't recall a simple chronology of nurses on it. It'd be much appreciated.

The tours site only references Simon Denbigh and Ravey Davey since 1996. No mention of who operated the Doktor prior, though.
