Quite a few copies in Australia selling for about US$ 20. I'm told it's new, but it could be a repressing of some obscure bootleg. I've got a copy coming in the mail.

I'm guessing mine is a CDR copied off a first generation tape...
I could be entirely wrong though.

The recording of this gig that I currently have is fairly rough, I hope this bootleg is better.
I've asked for more info about this CD. All I know is that it came to Oz through Asia. The pic on ebay does say 1990 Ghostrider discs, so maybe PiB is correct... although I'm sure the cover photo has been used as artwork for other bootlegs... given that Robin is bidding, there's a good chance it hasn't been available previously.
Notice that the second Heartland is missing from the tracklisting.

The sound on this boot is quite good. I suspect it is from the same original audience recording as the distorted tape/cdr that many of us have, but a much better copy. No distortion. Seems to have been moderately remixed. Comparable to the Essex bootleg that was discussed here recently.
Certainly looks (and smells) new, I would be very surprised if it is from 1990. Clear tray, artwork underneath and on the CD and also on the inside of the front cover. Factory CD with 'COLOUR IN CARNAGE' imprinted on underside (inbetween the plastic part and the play area). No indication of where it originated. …Taylor, where did you hear Japan?
The second Heartland is not listed, but it is on the CD. However, the bootleggers have left the drum intro, but cut the first 2verses+chorus out, making the song about 2 minutes long. AE said a fair bit more than usual inbetween songs at this gig.
I know there are still a few factory CDs available here for AUD 35, (USD 23). I'm happy to buy and post, but only for collectors that I already know (sorry).

from Christer's site
under kill the lights link Big Si gave
'Kill the Lights' is the fourth (fifth?) Sisters of Mercy bootleg released on Italian Palazzograssi Records and the first full length LP. It has matrix number "PG006" because 'Reverberation Across The Nation' and 'The Colour And The Carnage' had previously been assigned numbers four and five respectively
The Colour And The Carnage' is mentioned in the article by Kenny Garden published in Underneath the Rock 5, but I haven't seen it listed elsewhere. Any details on this (unreleased?) bootleg would be appreciated.
As I wrote earlier , I'm sure I've seen this somewhere before

Colour And Carnage definitely exists. Here's the info I have. A rambling story but it gets there eventually.
Pete, who owned Vinyl Addiction in Leeds knew the Palazzograssi people, and he'd tell me about new recordings he had, and *very* occasionally he'd have the tape there and he'd play some of it. (For example he told me about the Fenders Ballroom mx desk recording way before it was released.)
One time, around July'91 he had a tape which contained among other things, the weird version of Fix with Craig reciting some strange witchcraft incantation. As usual I asked if I could have a copy and he refused.
A month earlier I'd received a list of sisters tapes from Adrian Rostill who advertised in Heartland. At the back of the list was a list of LP's he had, one of which was listed as
COLOR AND CARNAGE VARIOUS DEMO'S WITH WEIRD VERSION OF FIX
I was just about to order some tapes off him so I asked him to put the "weird version of fix" on the end of one of the tapes, hoping that it was the same one that Pete had. TWELVE weeks later the tapes finally arrived. and it was the version of Fix that I wanted.
When I told Pete I had it, he was surprised. He denied that it'd been released on record!

Hey PIB,
that basement shop woudln't be BAD would it?
I first arrived in Leeds in 89 on the train from MCR, ready to start at the Poly. I walked straight past, then straight into BAD, couldn't believe me eyes, and spent what little money I had on bootleg tapes of Sisters shows from 84-85. All top quality, the only problem being you couldn't eat them.
Those were the days.

I think those colours would look even more awful when the LPs are spinning.
(did you notice that the seller has matched the text colour on each auction page to the colour of the LP?)
Could this be the first time that the CD edition of a sisters bootleg has preceded the vinyl edition?
