I've said it before but I'll say it again - it's a tribute to how this place is run that it's lasted so long, has retained so many people for huge chunks of that time, and still attracts new people.

Or something like that anyways, that might not be word for word accurate. I am usually drinking when he spits that out.

There's always his brother's usual toast: "Here's to the next one!"
