animal songs from the Reptile House (ex separated at birth)

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Don't worry Moakahontas, as soon as the new album comes out this kind of threads will no longer have to appear. Until it does, you have to choose between this, and "My Ideal Setlist" (when there's no tour, this usually changes into "My Favourite/Least Favourite Sisters Song"), and "Vocals Too Low In The Mix", and "Why There's No New Album". All of them are useless, but still better than "Are The Sisters Goth Or Not" which seems to be no longer alive thank God. :D

Oh, we also had Voncats, the cheese thread (I think there was a fish thread too, but memory is hazy there), innumerable Valentine threads (indeed) and The Thread That Shall Not Be Named.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

The cheese and the fish threads were excellent, many worthy chuckles at my desk with those.

I have personally been waiting for the genreal zoo thread....Doctor Sheep, Gibbons, Beaver land (there is a sub-thread there I won't touch) Amphibian Logic, Gnu Could be the One... you get the idea.

We must pass the time.

We are about to discover the zoological references in The Sisters of Mercy. :)
The non-missheard ones, unlike "I'm a Giraffe" or "I'm an aked ape"..
More like A Cod and a Haddock Place or Driven like the Gnu or so..
It's a very Heartlandish thing.
