Saw this one on ebay this morning,pretty dreadful.I do like the way the seller refers to it as "very cool" though.
There is a similiar bootleg available,with the front print in purple.Safe to say,it isn't any better.

What I do remember is that the logo and artwork were small and orange coloured, very artistic. A lot of thought and work had gone into it.
