Does anyone ever saw a copy or proof sleeve of this record, or has any idea of this might have looked, and why was it abandoned?

Always wondered if it was abandoned due to the release of "we are all aware of that", probably the same recording?

not strictly true, this is/was the intended sleeve for Reverberation, though only a handful were ever issued.

Not quite.
The time-lines are as follows;
When the "We're All Aware" picture disc was pressed in Italy there were x 50 white label test pressings on black vinyl.
These were subsequently intended to be the disc for Reverberation, the cover design was as already indicated. The discography was to be the key element.
However, the "We're All Aware" picture disc was later repressed on black vinyl in a normal sleeve after the picture disc sold out.
That fact, and an inability to complete the discography, are the main reasons why Reverberation never got an official release. Though a few copies did eventually "leak" out (single figures).
The original discography (no pictures, text only) was generated on on an Atari 520 ST computer, printed on a dot matrix printer.

Thanks very much Flagg and Taylor
Does anyone of you guys know how many copies of the reverberation lp exist (besides Taylor, I know that a collector from Belgium also has a copy)? Flagg - do you have a copy as well?
Re the booklet, that's exactly how my copy looks.

All this is true but cover never relealised, I got a couple of vinyl as well and the rest fly to uk . The cover is just a handmade fake
