What better day to sit back and reflect that the birthplace of parliamentary democracy has no parliament of it's own, is governed by a Scotsman who has never had an English vote cast for him, and has swing votes decided by Scottish MP's at Westminster.
That our rights to free speech, freedom of assembly and protest, and even habeus corpus have all been ripped to shreds.
That our supreme legislative bodies sit across the Channel and our unwritten constitution is likely to be replaced against our will..
Meh, I'm depressing even myself now..

And it was my birthday... yes the "G" in DrG stands for George.

My wife found out years ago birthday falls around St. George's Day...
and I think that is pretty cool! ;D

So happy Saint George's Day... but please refrain from killing any
dragons unless you really have to!
