Reminds me of an old Alexei Sayle gag where he was talking about his band, Radical Posture, supporting Mötörhead on tour. Apparently during one of the gigs someone in the audience yelled out "Sexist crap!" and 'head thought it was a request, so they launched into a four-hour number called "I've got a cock bigger than a Cortina."
