Well, *I* laughed... 
I know a lot of tattoo artists that won't do face, hand, or neck tats on the grounds that the client may well regret them later in life. Here's a silly tart who claims that she fell asleep (if you can sleep through a tattooing then you're probably drunk or sedated, in which case the artist shouldn't start the job) and wound up with...well, you can see what she wound up with.
