It's easy to report an item - just log in to your ebay account and visit this page:

The rest should be self-explaining:
It's probably too late for this one, that's why I already managed my auction sniper to place a last second bid. And yes, I already asked the seller to remove the auction but he isn't going to do that. I think more complaints on one item may force more priority to the case.
We may can recycle this topic every now and then if somebody else feel the need to...
