RAH 18-6-1985 - 3 unreleased songs/vids - 16:9/4:3?

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Just went through my video archive and stumbled on the excellent vids from the 3 unreleased songs of the Royal Albert Hall gig.
Can anybody tell me if they're supposed to be in the 4:3 format or the 16:9?

Reason is that the 3 VOB-files i have start out 4:3 and after a little while they stretch to 16:9.
Because the WAKE video is originally 4:3 I think that that must be the correct format. Also why should they have filmed it in 16:9; knowing that it would end up in 4:3. And 16:9 wasn't very common to use for musicvideos in '85.
I tried to compare 4:3 stills to 16:9 stills, but it's so hard to tell. 4:3 looks like the right format in my opinion.

Anybody here who has the answer?
Thanx! :D
