Quietly minding my own business and reading 'Animal Spirits: How Human Psychology Drives the Economy and Why it Matters for Global Capitalism' :~

Being the familiar annoying twit that I am, until now I was blissfully unaware that the classic children's story 'The Wizard of Oz' could be read as a Political and Monetary Allegory :~

Meanwhile, some of you might remember that yours truly did in fact suggest that we had reached the 'Zenith' of Capitalism some time ago? - Of course we are now being encouraged by politicians and bankers to delude ourselves that we are now seeing the 'Green Shoots of Recovery', when in fact it is nothing more than a 'Dead Cat's Bounce' ...
Before you unleash a tirade/avalanche of personal abuse/invective, pretty please can you reconsider, and offer some thoughtful, perhaps academic comments?
