I think that particular special relationship with Anne Marie has been ruined forever.

UPDATE - 12th October 2009

Message from Anne-Marie

"Hi,

I am currently inundated on both Myspace & Facebook with messages re: the progress of band. Again, sorry for the delays in replying, but below is the latest news.

For the Bradford Gasworks gig on October 31st, founder Skeletal Family bassist Trotwood (currently on a break from working with Paul Weller), has last-week been drafted into intense rehearsals.

So along with myself, plus original Skeletal Family guitarist Stan Greenwood, second guitarist Ed Kellet, and drummer Rob Caswell, Trotwood's inclusion now forms the 5 piece band.

Selecting the right songs to play is difficult but we are getting there! Thanks to all your requests.

Completed latest photo session this weekend, we'll have those online soon in the pics section. A preview photo is just below.... hope you like my new T-Shirt!

After almost 20 years of being away, the feedback has been amazing. Will hopefully see you all soon.

AMXXX"

If everything goes to plan, the band will tour Germany next year. The last time Anne-Marie was there was with Ghost Dance.
 :notworthy:

I'll be there, I'm fairly pleased with this wonderful swirling concoction of Anne Marie, Pretentious, Moi? & Vendemmian for series kicks. Deviant UK for bubble gum entertainment and In Isolation as a new comer to check out.

Any news?

My thoughts on last night - Rubella Balllet, give it up and how long does it take a drummer to get ready.
Ticket scan here: http://www.uvp-productions.co.uk/scala.html my ticket was an e-ticket and had the gig as Anna- Marie! I've got to say her voice was superb last night, kicked off with River of No return, She Cries alone, Down to the wire and So sure the set list was new, GD and SF and I have to say that the Skeletals songs were by far the more polished and powerful of the set. I'm not sure why the Scala was chosen as the venue, whilst it is a good venue with a great sound system the gig could have been played at a smaller venue maybe the underworld. Having said that I'm not so sure sure the sound would have been as good!

Oh and did I say that she looks stunning there aren't many women who get better with age.

It's always been 'lively' down the front at GD/Skels gigs, wouldn't expect anything else.
