PLEASE HELP! - a request from an auld graphic dude

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Aldus wrote a program called FreeHand around 1987, it has been my right arm, my muse a tool that I'm still exploring. Adobe bought over Macromedia (who had already bought over Aldus) and quashed FreeHand in favour of their antwacky Illustrator. What Adobe did goes against so many laws (ie. cancelling out the competition) but we need numbers to show our disgust.

Many designers (such as myself) just can't get to grips with Illustraitor (sic) and have legacy FH files going back decades. A movement has been started and we need members, we're up to 3,000 but need more to bolster oor cause.

Please just sign up and add to our pressure group, you won't get spammed.

I dunno this Adobe Freehand or Macromedia Illustrator stuff, it if ain't MS Paint it's too fiddly for my rudimentary graphics skillz, but I'm in anyway! :D
