Bootleg Covers

Hi Traders ...
...
you may or may not have noticed that we're somewhat upgrading the Sisters Kawa, eh Wiki ...
Now we've reached the bootlegs section and started uploading pictures of bootleg covers ....
But we wonder what size and quality this pictures should have. We'd prefer hi-res - best quality
... but then straight away everybody could, of course, download these hi-res cover pictures of the bootlegs ...
Do you think this were a problem? Should we add watermarks? Any suggestions?
Looking forward to your necessary feedback ...

i don't have a problem with the wiki hosting those images because most bootleg covers were created by unscrupulous swines anyway, so it's not like they can claim copyright
just from a quality-control point of view, as hi-res as possible would be best. and as for watermarking them, i'm not overly bothered either way if anyone steals them...
...but then it's not me who's scanned them and uploaded them
i'm happy to help facilitate whatever the community feels is the best way forward.
if needs be i can look at creating a page whereby you can upload an original image and it will produce a watermarked version for you to then upload to the wiki... if that's seen as a good way forward
as i say, i don't mind either way

Well I vote for yes, since that way we can prevent more fake bootlegs on the market...

Fine.
Hhm, but if a page as such is not of real use, it's just more work ...
And anyway - Photoshop watermarking should do, or not?
And @ the general traders faction:
Any other opinions ? Suggestions ? Dissenting votes ? We're here to let you have your say ... !!!
Maybe, you've also got some very pretty hi-res pictures ...
...
we could use instead of some rather poor thumbs we're partly doing with now ... ?
