Info on "Introducing Ghost dance"

Hi, I just bought a Vynil 12'' of Ghost Dance, thinking I was buying "Down The Wire", but even if the cover picture is the same, the tracklist is different and the cover says "Introducing Ghost Dance"... The cover is a gatefold with a band photo on one side and a text in german on the other.

Can anyone share some light on what this is, please?

yes because it has 4 tracks instead 3 of the uk normal one
