Utterly Bastard Groovey Gravy!

I made some gravy last nicht, reduced turkey residue, spot of cornflower and a decent glass of red vino - it was boss!
I'm on groovey gravy rev.2.0 duty tonight
stuff yer mulled wine, aw that does is ruin a decent bottle of 'buzz'!

not this time, I'm still experimenting and had an horrible bottle of very expensive rioja* to use up, as a wine it made a guid gravy
