So there will be more people soon to buy the new records and visit the concerts ... ...

Well, as a collector I will probably buy it anyway.

there s a similar psychedelic furs box available as well. Nothing realy to write home about.

I guess as long as there is nothing new, just keep re-releasing the same old stuff till there is no demand.

if it would have hold 'Gift' I might have had to think about it but this is just sad


is this stuff all old stock? because if it isn't I don't see why not releasing new material, I'm sure it would see about the same amount if not more ... and what fans are still out there who could be disappointed?

I'm wishing I bought one now what with this infernal cold and all.

Hmmm? It does not say if it is the three re-releases from 2006 plus SGWBM and ASCOOB or the standard versions. It would make a difference. Then one would be getting many of the B-sides as well. It would make a nice gift for someone just getting into the Sisters either way.

Yet we all know what we would really rather have, don't we?

as a artist he's dead for quite a long time.
to be precise, i don't see a results of his work, 9 lyrics and 1 song(music) per 9 years is not enough.
of course quality over quantity but at least few of this songs (will i dream, still and slept) are so weak that shouldn't be written by this band.

I can't believe it. I would rather buy the latest remastered discography from Starship, Heart and Kansas in one shopping bag.

the repackaging is absolutely nothing to do with him. it's yet another record label cash-in...

it's been done a few times before with sisters material, and a million times before for every other band (the beatles ffs!)

the artist has no say in any of it.

that's ^ at leat true. mr AE has nothing to do with that but in the other hands he probalby has nothing against it. what's good or his cats is good for him.

As I recall he said he didn't get a penny from the re-issued albums from a couple of years ago.

I prefer a reissue than a new effort

obvioulsy i don't know your regulations about this, but i'm quite sure that royalties is something that artist should get/ can demand from each sold copies of his work. it be stupid if it was diferent.
