I think this is te biggest obstical for our new found global communication.
we used to control what we told and who we told it too.
now 1 person puts something on the internet and 6.000.000.000 people are able to hear about it one way or another, it is more than logical you Will offend someone.
but that does not mean every joke is made to hurt someone.
