Has anyone here also ordered the Forum 2003 DVD from master8uk ?
I ordered it and my cheque was cashed on the 1st may, but i still have not had the DVD< I have mailed him several times he came with that both his DVD recorders were down, but that was a few weeks ago and I still have heard nothing.
I am slightly concerned as it was quite a bit of cash, though in the past hes always come up with the goods.

Master8uk aka Chris adams (though that isnt his real name) is probably the Best Bootleg filmer in the UK he was responsable for the Forum 5-9-00 and the astoria 2001 videos amoung other things.
Good news is that I did get an email from him yesterday ao I Should be getting the DVDS soon then I can trade out the copies that i have promised.
I have bought others off him too namely the m*****n astoria 2002 and Rober waters 2002 and they also have been excellant, the m*****n one is probaby the Best quality bootleg video that I have ever watched.

Just a shame it's the m*****n, I suppose. Sorry. What I meant to say was 'cheers'. Is he directly contactable then, this bloke? And if so, have you got his email addy or website. Cheers again.
I wonder why you could see everything at the Astoria but f*@k all at the Forum?

There was alot of smoke at the Forum 2000 shows I seem to remember. It looks as though the vid was shot from quite far back as well. I've only ever watched it once 'cause it's not one of the best.

Nice to know there are "professionals" in the bootleg business. Lol.
Seriously though - how good is a "good" bootleg?

.........In video terms.

all he's doing is getting as many orders as he can before he sends any copies out - stories of broken equipment and the like is tosh. Once its out he's lost control and any chance of getting any more revenue from it are diminished big time.
He sent me some stills from his efforts from the last tour, but who wants to pay £18 for a 2nd gen VHS copy of a recording of a crammed, smoke filled room ?

I'd tell him to go and bollocks and demand my money back
or cancel the payment mechanism. If he's dealing in dvds
you can get a copy off somebody else without any generation loss
and cut his profit margins along with it. If people used their brains
only 1 person needs to buy a copy and then share it with anybody
who wants it.

i think what he is doing is not sending out the stuff as he doesnt want people tradeing and cutting his profit, ive waited 6 weeks now.
