is there a Mac version?Quiff Boy wrote:fwiw i just have the bookmarklet from http://keepvid.com/ on my favourites bar...
its a web app - doesn't need a mac version.James Blast wrote:is there a Mac version?Quiff Boy wrote:fwiw i just have the bookmarklet from http://keepvid.com/ on my favourites bar...
I'm using RealPlayer d/ler
No need for that on the mac. Browse to the youtube movie you want, then go to the topmenu -> Window -> Activity. Check for either a file that ends with .flv, or if that isn't present, a file that's a few megabytes in size. Doubleclick on that one while holding down ALT and the movie will download.James Blast wrote:is there a Mac version?Quiff Boy wrote:fwiw i just have the bookmarklet from http://keepvid.com/ on my favourites bar...

keepvid will also find mp4 & hi-res versions of the same flv (where available) and offer them for download tomethadrine wrote:No need for that on the mac. Works on some sites where RealPlayer refuses to acknowledge there's a movie playing.
