Send an abuse to eBay and this gets pulled.
This is sheer theft.

This aint bootlegging. This is counterfeiting.

reported counterfeiting is useless if the seller does not remove it
The alternative for the artist is this:

wow, including the spelling mistake: Rain
Form Heaven.
Think it´s the Aussie Bootleg.
So if you start reporting that, what ´s about the 2009 remakes of the first three 7" Vinyls?
Somewhere in my little head, I do not like the idea of reporting every bootleg...

The 2009 remakes are what is says -
remakes ... and as far as I know not a
limited to 150 edition ...
Further more, bootlegs are
bootlegs and not fake copies of original albums - limited to 150 ...
:
...
Me neither ...

Theft from whom? The cd is not currently in print, and cannot be bought new, from anywhere.
Whether you buy a bootleg like this,or a second hand original, makes no difference.
I'm sure if this was a vinyl bootleg, with a green cover, noone would be bothered.

Doesn't matter if it's in print or not, the legality of it is clear. One might not agree with it on a personal opinion level (and the "how is this different from buying 2nd hand" argument is a good one), but one still has to suck it up.

Oh,indeed, but then we must surely apply that to the 7" boots of Damage Done etc that are currently available, and any other vinyl "repress"

Ähem, the so called remakes are also not official, so they are bootlegs too. And i think, they vinyls and the digipak from Gift have the same source. ....
All are not official... so what is the difference from a different so called fake copy and a bootleg?
but so what...

I don't think so. It's a long way from Australia to Greece and the business conduct of these two sellers differ remarkably ...
Our Greek fellow comes out with a lot of bootlegs of bootlegs,
all in digital formats, and under at times very funny names ...
Anybody noticed whether his Sisters in Athens 2009 found a buyer?
Unfortunately, I forgot the title and what he demanded for that one ...
Alas, someone had to do some 50 A5 Green Eldritch CDs with a starting bid of 40 € ...
...
although this could never ever make up for an "original" vinyl bootleg ...
thankfully, as far as I know, we've got these data on a harddrive somewhere ...

They were, and according to
Popsike they were
indicated as re-issues
and offered at a starting bid of ca. 10 € for a remake of the three most heroic vinyl singles in The Sisters' history ...
But yeah, of course, we all know the Gift CD is nowhere available, either ...
...
Alas, I've reported him to Ebay for once, I won't do so further ... won't buy any of his stuff, anyway,
since I feel not in the world to pay for his leisure ... Let him fool the ROW ... it's not my business.

The Gift Digi including the spelling mistake comes from australia. It´s just the same thing.
And Posike just copies some information without further knowledgement...
That´s a good source for paid prices, but ....nothing else....
This remakes are boots
Athens 2009....
I am sure we will get it asap to your harddrive next week.

Say what you will ... for me, remakes of official albums remain remakes,
while bootlegs do not include fake copies of original albums ...
You may of course, keep to YHO as well ...
