Druide: Thank you! You're very kind.

lachert: Not all you have to look forward to ;)

Being645: Hello! Not everyone is astute as you.

scardwel: And in addition there was also the alleged omission of certain recordings from trade lists in general ;)

I don't see St Petersburg, Beirut or Tel Aviv on your list (or about a dozen from 2006 or the stuff from South America last year, or, or...).

Hello again to all, too.

first sort your old trades out.
I'm still waiting for my cds. that was a 2008 trade! and you know!
In some circles is called a bad trader.

Well, let me then reply to you in public. Fact is though, i'm damned if i do and damned if i don't. If i explain, it will sound like an explanation/excuse and if i don't explain it will seem like i have no defence.

i'm sure from your point of view i deserve a public flogging, but i do wish you had contacted me a) personally, and b) earlier, as in before i even quit trading. Now that i have checked the old emails, i see there was plenty of time.

You mailed me a couple of months after the trade was done the discs hadn't arrived. i replied to your email, simply asking if you still wanted the same gigs. No reply came ever. And what then is my crime? Bloody forgetting the whole thing - probably the moment i had sent the email (and at least while having waited for a day or two)! The whole thing was months old - and i'm not suggesting it means anything else than that since it had been DONE for my part long ago, forgetting is (to me) natural.

Maybe i am a bad trader, i'm not purpose-made to be a star-trader. i've done literally hundreds of trades, error percentage is low enough for me not worry about it. Maybe someone else doesn't ever make errors. But i guess that's one reason i got tired of trading, for a while i had at least ten trades a month - and it was "a bit" hard to handle.

So, let's do this in public. Is this still what you want?

31.08.91 Winterthur, Switzerland (complete recording) / CD-r Au1
10.03.91 Milan, Italy (complete recording) / CD-r Au1
14.05.91 Essen, Germany (complete recording) / CD-r Au1
05.06.84 Nijmwegen, Netherlands Complete / Au1 9
13.12.93 Bremen, Germany (complete recording) / CD-r Au1
16.12.93 Essen, Germany (complete recording) / CD-r Au2
04.06.85 Detroit, USA (complete recording) / Au2
03.06.85 Chicago, USA (complete recording) / CD-r Au2

If so, PLEASE REPLY, with your up-to-date address if it's changed.

Have a great day, i f**king know i will!

On the whole that would probably have been better done via PM than "in public"

Right, mod-hat off...

Let me jump to your defence dei and say that whenever we've traded in the past (and like you I've given up on it now) it's always gone great.

@ Mark: i tried to contact Dei several times by email and never got a reply. Thats why i posted here.

@ Dei: Yes, these are the recordings i asked you for in return for our mastercopies we sent you 2 years ago! You have my adress in switzerland in the same email. I hope this sad affair can come to a clean end after all....

@Mark: Thank you. :)

Eggi - i'll copy them to you over the weekend and send on monday.

But i have not, to the best of my knowledge, received any emails from you during this time - you say you tried to contact me "several times" but when was this? Only thing i can say with 100% certainty about it is that it was not in any sort of resemblance to normal/timely manner to my one-line email to you, for which even one word would've been enough.

Mismanaging something is one thing, but to be accused of deliberate ill-intent is quite another. Anyone who believes this, is welcome to do so. i remain unrepentant and unapologetic, not in need of external validation.

Enough of this. You'll get your discs. Thanks for playing.

There can't be many (if indeed any) of the 2006 gigs that weren't recorded...
